We despatch orders quickly and efficiently. Standard orders processed before 1pm are very often despatched on the same day (subject to payment terms and stock availability). Orders placed after our couriers have collected will usually be shipped the following day. We use a variety of couriers and shipping methods to ensure that orders are shipped and delivered quickly and safely. We can call upon a number of additional couriers during busy periods, and also operate a private specialist service for acoustic and digital piano deliveries.
All acoustic pianos purchased from Chamberlain Pianos are delivered by specialist piano removers. Our delivery team have transported pianos all over the world, are fully insured and can get your piano into even the tightest of spaces. Wherever you are located you can be confident that your instrument will arrive safely.
We do our best to fit around your schedules and to meet your delivery requirements, and we keep you informed every step of the way to ensure that piano delivery day is the happy event it should be!
All acoustic pianos are delivered free of charge to UK mainland ground floor locations. More complicated deliveries, including those involving flights of stairs may incur additional charges which would be agreed in advance.
Our carriage charges are normally calculated according to order contents as below:

If your basket contains items from more than one of these categories, you will be charged a blended rate (usually equivalent to the highest individual carriage charge). Some extremely large and built-to-order products are shipped direct from the manufacturer and are subject to further surcharges (see individual product pages for more information).
Orders paid before 3pm are normally despatched the same day subject to availability.
Couriers are contracted to deliver Monday to Friday only, with the exception of our private piano delivery team who deliver on Saturdays where applicable.
