The flagship model in the Hidrau piano stool range, the BC46 London combines exceptional craftsmanship, timeless style and outstanding durability. Handcrafted in Spain from sustainably sourced European white beech, it is built to provide many years of dependable service in the home, school, studio or on the concert stage.
Featuring a substantial, reinforced frame and sturdy braced legs, the Hidrau London is designed for strength and stability. Its traditional English styling is complemented by a genuine leather, button-tufted seat, creating an elegant finish worthy of any performance space.
The stool is height adjustable from 48–57 cm, allowing pianists to find their ideal playing position for improved posture, comfort and control.
Founded in Spain c.1975, Hidrau Model was established with a clear ambition: to create some of the finest piano stools in the world. That philosophy continues today, with the company focused on excellence through ongoing development, innovation and meticulous manufacturing.
Hidrau is unique among piano bench manufacturers in developing its own proprietary adjustment technology, including mechanisms protected by patents worldwide. This specialist expertise is reflected in the precision, reliability and longevity of every Hidrau piano bench.
Sustainability is an integral part of Hidrau's manufacturing philosophy. The company carefully selects sustainably sourced materials, avoids harmful substances in its production processes and generates its own solar energy.
The result is a piano stool manufactured with both environmental responsibility and long-term performance in mind. Built to withstand demanding use while retaining its quality and appearance, the BC46 London is a lasting investment for pianists who value craftsmanship, comfort and classic design.
