Yamaha 'U' series pianos have long been the preferred choice of professionals and discerning amateur pianists. Reconditioned by Yamaha's own technical services division and Yamaha Approved, a Certified reconditioned Yamaha U1H is a very affordable way of owning one of these beautifully built instruments.

A highly regarded model generation, the 1970’s U1H was introduced when output was at its peak and almost every home in Japan had an acoustic piano. The plentiful supply and consistently high quality of these instruments makes them an excellent candidate for refurbishment.

The reconditioning works are superbly done and while a sympathetic restoration means that while the worn-out components are replaced, as much of the original piano as possible is retained.
