Yamaha 'U' series pianos have long been the preferred choice of professionals and discerning amateur pianists, and with the price of new models ever increasing, a reconditioned Yamaha U3 is a very affordable way of owning one of these beautifully built instruments.

This piano is part of the 1980’s ‘A’ model generation, a step forward in manufacturing quality and refinement over the popular U3H and U3M models, and delivering a crisper and clearer tone, particularly in the bass, with improved hammer quality and scale design.

It has been reconditioned in recent years to a remarkably high standard, a sympathetic restoration meaning that while the perishable and worn components are replaced, as much of the original piano as possible is retained. The piano has been privately owned since and on arrival at our workshop has been freshly serviced with its cabinetry polished to perfection.

As the larger of the 'U' series pianos, this Yamaha U3 upright is highly recommended for the advancing and intermediate player, also a great choice for the school practice room, teaching space or studio.
