Introducing the W. Streicher S115 upright piano c.1998
Privately owned from new, the 115cm tall Streicher 115 is a handsome, traditional style upright in an attractive mahogany veneer finish, and in very good order throughout.
An ideal domestic size, in that it is compact enough to fit in most homes without overwhelming the space, the sound is bright and lively and the action nice and light - consequently it would be a great choice of starter piano.
Manufactured in China in c.1998, the piano is well appointed, with a full length 88 note keyboard, an engineered spruce soundboard, underfelted hammers and a cable-operated celeste pedal mechanism for quiet practice.
An excellent alternative if an entry level new Yamaha or Kawai is just out of reach, and ready for delivery.
