Introducing the Yamaha Disklavier GC2 ENSPIRE Grand Piano
Built on a 5'8 (161cm) frame Yamaha's GC2 grand piano is a more refined instrument than the smaller GC1 and GB1K models. A larger soundboard area and longer strings makes for a richer and overall more resonant tone with greater dynamic range and control. The frame size is the same as the popular C2X model, which although with further refinements is a significantly more expensive piano.
Player pianos have been around for many years. First and foremost an acoustic piano, a Disklavier piano can play itself for you, bringing the possibility of piano ownership and enjoyment to a whole new audience – you don’t have to be a pianist to have a piano! .
Now in its eighth generation and known as ‘ENSPIRE’, the record-and-playback system of Disklavier is better than ever before, while additional functionality makes it a useful tool for composing, recording and teaching.
