This keyboard action is paired with the rich, expressive sound of the Shigeru Kawai SK-EX concert grand piano, reproduced using Kawai’s Harmonic Imaging sound technology. This allows smooth transitions in tonal character from pianissimo to fortissimo, helping developing pianists learn to control expression and dynamics.

Bluetooth Audio enables music from a smartphone or tablet to play through the instrument’s speakers, while dual headphone jacks allow for quiet practice at any time of day — ideal for shared living spaces. A built-in metronome promotes a strong sense of timing, and the integrated recorder lets players review their performances and monitor progress. In addition, the Lesson function features songs from popular method books, offering helpful guidance for students learning at home.
