About Us

Chamberlain Pianos has been advising discerning individuals and educational institutions on the purchase of digital and acoustic pianos since we opened our doors in 1990. Our piano business has grown simply because of our deep understanding of the instruments, their care, and the musicians who play them.

We are part of the Frederick Hyde group, whose brands include Chamberlain Music, Musisca, MMX strings, Percussion Plus, Octopus Ukulele, Recorder Workshop and Tom & Will. Our warehouse holds around £2.5m of musical instruments, all of which are available to purchase online, by phone, email or in person by appointment.

Our History

Established in July 1990 and operating from a small shop on Weyhill, Haslemere, our company has grown steadily over the last 35 years to become a leading supplier and reseller of musical instruments and accessories.

Our Future

After nearly 35 years on Weyhill we have outgrown our large high street retail premises, and in January 2023 relocated to a fabulous new office and showroom building on Kings Road Industrial Estate. Just 500 years from our previous location, we now have free onsite customer parking, new comfortable offices and large dedicated brand showrooms for Yamaha and Kawai acoustic pianos. This location is ideal for our needs now and in the future, and we look forward to helping you discover your perfect piano.
