Introducing the Yamaha C2 grand piano in polished white c.2004
At 5'8 in length, (173cm) and described by some as a boudoir grand piano, the speaking string length and soundboard area of the Yamaha C2 gives it a significant tonal advantage over the smaller C1. Just a few inches smaller than the industry defining C3, the C2 is a popular choice for both the home and smaller performance space - compact enough to fit yet producing a remarkably powerful and resonant tone.
This example was manufactured in 2004 and is part of the well regarded L generation of Yamaha C Series grands, produced from c.1998 until 2008 and the launch of the C2M. Featuring a solid soundboard, full sostenuto pedal and a soft-closing fallboard, the C2L is an elegant and refined piano which will satisfy the demands of amateur and professional pianists alike.
In the striking polished white lacquer with brass fittings, our C2 is a stunning furniture piece too, certain to become a focal point of any space, and with one private owner from new remains in wonderful condition throughout. Freshly polished and serviced, the piano is now on display and ready for selection.
